Director of Training and Support
‘I am really grateful for two types of moments, seemingly very different, but actually interconnected: those in which doors were closed on me, because they helped me discover or create others and those in which inspirational people and transformational experiences have entered in my life. Now I have come to understand that you cannot grow unless you allow yourself to experiment, to make mistakes, to be curious, to tear down the walls you have built around you to hide your fears. And it is increasingly clear to me that it is a true gift ‘not to fit in’, because in this way you have the chance to build yourself as a whole.’
‘I strongly believe that you can only live authentically if you allow yourself to continuously learn and enjoy the beauty in people and the experiences you are living. Just as important to me is the meaning of the ‘What for?’ that feeds my enthusiasm and arouses my curiosity. And because I have a ‘persister’ structure, it is obvious that I find it difficult to breathe without integrity, fairness, authenticity and without responsibly embracing the personal mission. “
‘I think my only super power is that I can see the light in people and that sometimes I can help them see it for themselves. And I have no greater joy than to see how from just a shred of confidence a beautiful character is then built’.
‘I learned that it is ok not to have all the answers yet, that it is ok to allow myself to be quiet, reflect, listen. I have also learned that it is never too late to try something new and that questions are generally much more valuable than answers’.
